Apologies were noted from Cllr M Falder, Cllr M Bridges, Cllr Corner, Cllr Meyrick, Cllr Churchill, Cllr Haines and Cllr Muller.
As a quorum was not established, the Chair closed the meeting.
There being no further business, the Chairman thanked everyone for attending and closed the meeting at 7.42pm.
